I'm Dr. Vijaya — a dentist who used clinical training as a foundation, not a finish line. I currently work full-time as Marketing & Strategy Lead at Digitinize Creative (Bengaluru) while simultaneously running this consulting practice for dentists navigating the non-clinical transition.
Before this, I spent nearly 9 months as Senior Executive – Marketing at Manipal Hospitals (South Regional Office, Bengaluru), owning growth strategy across 8 hospitals — working with leadership on market opportunities, specialty priorities, and seasonal levers. I ideated the Kidney Resignation Letter Campaign. Before that, I was Deputy Manager (Marketing) at Max Healthcare in New Delhi for 2 years 8 months, driving integrated growth initiatives and earning the Outstanding Performance Award (2023).
